Base (with subgrades), Standard, and Express are currently available through the temporary submission form. Availability may change as we monitor demand, backlog, and our ability to consistently meet estimated turnaround times.

While we continue upgrading our digital infrastructure to support future service enhancements, Beckett.com and the Beckett mobile app will remain temporarily offline. Yes. Our digital platforms being temporarily offline does not impact the processing of orders already received by Beckett. Our grading and authentication teams remain operational, and existing orders will continue to move through the normal processing workflow.

No. Pricing remains unchanged, and estimated turnaround times are not being extended as part of the reopening. Turnaround times are estimates based on business days and are not guaranteed.

If demand or existing backlog reaches a level where we can no longer consistently meet estimated turnaround times for a service level, we may temporarily pause new submissions while we work through existing orders.

No. Existing orders already received by Beckett are not impacted by the digital platform downtime and will continue to be processed.

Yes. Collectors can continue to pick up completed orders and drop off new submissions at Beckett HQ in Plano, TX. Appointments are required for pick-ups and drop-offs and can be scheduled in advance here. We’ve also introduced a smart locker system to make picking up completed orders faster and more convenient.

Online order-status tools may be unavailable while Beckett’s digital platforms are offline. Existing orders are still being processed, and you will continue to receive automated email updates as your submission progresses through the grading process. Pricing shown is based on the information provided. All submissions will be reviewed and verified by Beckett, and final order totals will be confirmed once the submission is received at our office and processed through the invoice step.

Beckett will review submission details after receipt and may make necessary adjustments based on the cards and services submitted. Any applicable charges will be reflected in the final order total.

Yes. Beckett will continue accepting eligible in-person submissions at events where submission services are offered.
